YouTuber Bitboy Ordered to Appear in Court to Face Lawyer’s Harassment Claims

The lawsuit alleges multiple online influencers solicited the sale of unregistered securities in promoting the defunct cryptocurrency exchange FTX.
The suit seeks over $1 billion in damages.
Since then, Armstrong has come out swinging against the attorney on Twitter, where he’s called the attorney both a “pussy” and a ‘bitch’ The attorney said he’s “extremely appreciative” of the court’s decision to soon address the matter.
